We are the curious minds, the tinkerers, the learners. We seek knowledge and understanding of the systems and technologies that increasingly shape and drive our world. We are not content to simply be passive users - we need to get under the hood, take things apart, put them back together, and build new and wondrous creations.

About Mad Hackers

Our Mission

Mad Hackers is a technology club at Bronx Community College dedicated to building, learning, and growing together in the tech world.

We believe in hands-on learning through building fullstack applications, participating in hackathons, and preparing for tech careers - and we're open to all majors!

What We Do

We build fullstack web applications, attend and host hackathons, provide career prep including resume reviews, and explore cutting-edge technologies.

We create a collaborative environment where curiosity drives learning and where every question is welcome, every experiment is encouraged, and every breakthrough is celebrated.

What We Do

Cybersecurity Challenges

Participate in Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions, ethical hacking challenges, and security research projects to develop real-world cybersecurity skills.

Hands-On Projects

Build and break technology through collaborative projects, from developing secure applications to exploring system vulnerabilities and defenses.

Knowledge Sharing

Regular workshops, presentations, and peer-to-peer learning sessions where members share their discoveries and learn from each other's experiences.
